Download HD Movies to PS3 LEGALY?

For Halloween night I want to buy a movie or 2.

Where can I buy and download a decent HD/Good Quality Movie that is playable on the Playstation 3?

No PS3 Video Store in UK, and iTunes is a different format.

I would prefer a trusted place, and NO subscription needed
